Presenting the new Michele Cox, our most recent Makeover Recipient, on January 27th after her Space Coast Extreme Makeover was completed.

For her Extreme Makeover, Michele received a dental implant placed by Dr. Lee Sheldon where Michele was missing a tooth. Dr. Sheldon also performed surgery for periodontal disease, and grafted gum tissue to even out her upper gum line.

Dr. Ron Richardson provided 10 porcelain restorations on her top teeth, laser contouring of her gums to create symmetry, and placed a crown on the implant to replace the missing tooth on her lower left side.

Dr. Ross Clevens provided Michele with a Weekend Necklift, Nasal Contouring, an Eyelid Lift, Botox to her brow line, and Radiance to her facial folds.

Michele received a Crystalens Interoccular Lens Implant in each eye from Dr. Paul Befanis, which completely corrected her near and distance vision.

Rod Stewart of Club Performax provided Michele with fitness and nutritional guidance, which helped Michele lose 35 lbs. this past year.

The staff at Maxine's Salon & Spa pampered Michele throughout her makeover process with Spa Facials, Glycolic peels, Contour Body Wraps, Thermal Body Wraps, Facial Waxing, and Micro-dermabrasion Facials. For the night of the reveal, the staff of Maxine's completed Michele's makeover with hair color, hi-lites, haircut and style, makeup, and a manicure/pedicure.

In addition, Maxine's fashion consultant shopped with and provided for Michele the flattering outfit she's wearing.
